1. About MomSave

MomSave is a personal budgeting and savings tool designed to help users manage daily spending and work toward savings goals. The App provides budgeting calculations, savings tips, goal tracking, and an AI chat assistant.

2. Not Financial Advice

MomSave is an informational and educational tool only. The budgets, tips, savings projections, and AI chat responses provided by the App:

• Do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
• Are based on self-reported estimates you provide, not verified financial data
• Should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice
• Are generated using general guidance and AI, which may contain inaccuracies

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor for significant financial matters.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use MomSave. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account and Data

• MomSave does not require account registration. There is no email, username, or password.
• Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device's security.
• If you delete the App or use “Reset Progress”, your local data will be permanently lost. We cannot recover it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Send abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content through the AI chat feature
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
• Misrepresent your identity or financial information to obtain misleading results

6. AI Chat (Mumwise AI)

The Mumwise AI feature provides conversational savings advice based on information you provide. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• The AI does not have access to your actual bank accounts or financial institutions
• Responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice
• We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated responses

7. Premium Subscription

7.1 Subscription Terms

• MomSave offers an optional premium subscription (“MomSave Premium”) with additional features
• Subscriptions are processed and billed through the Apple App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

7.2 Cancellation

• You may manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store
• No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation
• Refund requests are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policies

7.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for MomSave Premium from time to time. If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.

7.4 Free Features

The core functionality of MomSave (daily budget, savings tips, goal tracking, daily check-ins) is available for free.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, features, and branding of MomSave are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The savings tips, AI responses, and personalised content generated by the App are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Accuracy and Reliability

• Budget calculations are based on the information you provide. We do not verify this information.
• Savings projections are estimates and not guaranteed outcomes.
• The App may contain bugs or errors. We endeavour to fix issues promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MomSave is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from decisions made based on the App's calculations, tips, or AI responses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your wilful misuse of the App or deliberate violation of these Terms. This clause does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services for analytics, subscription management, and other functionality. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time
• Change these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the App or our website

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us first at kalo@kvlytics.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issue within 30 days of receiving your notice.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
